Kicking off the Steve Madden Music Summer Series was the music duo Karmin! The store was packed and free drinks in hand! Karmin did a few songs and a cover of the popular song Somebody That I Used to Know by Gotye. By the time the show was over we were all drenched in sweat and needed to retreat!

I got to experience one of the greatest tours in my opinion. Every aspect of the Here and Now tour was well thought out and put together. I hadn’t seen a band play in the air since the Backsteet/NSYNC days! Nickelback from start to finish was an entertaining show where you could feel the energy of the crowd. I don’t think anyone wanted the show to end.

Don’t hate me if I forgot Gavin Rossdale was in the band Bush. I have seen him play a solo show a few years back but never with his band. They are a truly talented band and it doesn’t hurt that his looks make it all the better. I couldn’t believe he went so far into the crowd at MSG that he went into the 200’s level! Of course, I was one of the many fans that tried to go as close as I could to experience his greatness.

He rocked the house at Webster Hall alongside Vanessa Carlton and special guest host Sophia Bush!

This was truly a great day! The free show was held at the Sony Store in NYC to promote their new video camera called the Sony Bloggie. Only about 200 fans were able to watch Say Anything indoors but that didn’t stop fans from watching it outside. There was a live dj, candies, free Say Anything CD’s, drinks and & Sony Bloggie giveaway to a few winners!
After the show, Say Anything performed for the crowd outside followed by a meet n greet. This has got to be one of the best organized events I have been to in a long time!

The band Train graces us with their presence at the Hard Rock Cafe for a special Q&A and performance for Fresh 102.7. Train played some of their hits such as Soul Sister and their new one Drive By.

The UK sensation One Direction walk the carpet at the Big Time Movie premiere!

My favorite boy band getting interviewed by Nickelodeon at the Big Time Movie premiere in NYC! Carlos was the best part of that day!

This boy has the energy of a teenager when he is on stage! I don’t know why he had a concert but it sure was entertaining!!

The Jonas Brothers era may be over and done with, but the middle child Joe is still vying for attention. Fans camped out the day before just to see him in a 250 capacity venue. Was it worth it?! YES! It was a FREE show and he played a few snippets of Jonas Brother songs. Joe knows what the ladies want!
